Internet Explorer 7,8 or 9

 

If you are having problems with the Live Streaming and you are using Internet Explorer or one of its expansion try the following.

1~ Go to your Internet Options > Advanced > then restore your default settings.

2~ Try refreshing (F5) the Live Stream page and clearing the pages cache by pressing CTRL R.

3~ Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player installed. If you are unsure if your player is up to date Google "Adobe Flash Player Download" and download the most current player.

4~ Repeat step 2.

If you are still having issues with the player at this point please download a newer browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

You can do this by Googling "Mozilla Firefox Download" or "Google Chrome Download".

I personally use Firefox myself and find it the better of the two browsers.

IMPORTANT: When installing the new browser make sure to do the Standard Installation and to not change any of the settings.

If you have problems with the new browser go back a page and select the browser you chose for more troubleshooting.
